From Interstate 15, take exit 13 west onto Washington Parkway for half a mile. Your route begins at the intersection of Washington Parkway and East Buena Vista Boulevard. Parking is available along the roadway at the nearby Grapevine Trailhead.
Description
Glide along the top of the cliffs surrounding the northern section of St. George on this moderately hilly route. There’s no better way to see St. George and get introduced to the red rock formations that make up a good portion of Greater Zion. The route passes the popular Pioneer Park and the iconic “ Dixie Rock”. If you prefer to be on a path, a paved multi-use path follows the roadway for the last third of this route (beginning at 1000 East).
